Own vineyard in the Struma Valley. Melnik 55, or early Melnik grape, is a cross obtained in 1963 between the French Valdiguie and the indigenous Shiroka Melnishka loza or classic Melnik.

Hand-picked grapes, hand-sorted, stainless steel tanks fermentation.
In The Glass:
A diamond wrapped in rags. Loaded with beautiful plum, cassis, and boysenberry reduction flavors that caress the palate, then comes light bramble, sour cherry and tobacco leaves notes. Both fresh and full of rounded tannins, its iron backbone gives glistening note to the long finish.
